Lothian, Maryland 20711
Trevi Manor is located in the heart of Southern Maryland's Anne Arundel County —15 miles south of Annapolis and 25 miles east of downtown Washington, DC. The property includes easy access for large and small trailers, with a paved driveway and gravel circular drive surrounding the outdoor arena for trailers to easily park and exit.
Directions
From Annapolis and areas North or East:
Route 2 (Old Solomons Island Rd) South.
Pass through Edgewater and Harwood.
At traffic circle with Route 2, 408 and 422, take "422 West Bayard" (the first exit off the circle when entering from Route 2 heading south). 2.8 miles.
Trevi Manor will be on your left, with a long paved driveway.
Look for the Trevi Manor sign and the number 743.
** If you miss our driveway, the best way to turn around is to continue on Bayard Rd until it dead-ends at Sands Road. Drive straight into parking area for Sands Road Park. There are rarely many cars parked, and it has ample room on pavement to turn around.
From DC and areas South and West:
From I-495 DC Beltway, exit Route 4 East (travel just under 10 miles on Route 4).
Pass Prince George's Equestrian center and 301.
Take next exit for Route 408 East (Waysons Corner/Annapolis).
Turn left at stop sign.
Go through 1 light and pass (small) business area.
At bottom of hill, turn left onto Sands Road.
2.4 miles on Sands Road.
Pass over "Ferry Branch" creek and go approximately 0.1 miles up a hill.
At top of hill, turn right on Bayard Road (the street sign is often hidden as it is set off Sands Rd and often covered by leaves; Bayard only goes to the right; Sands Road Park will be on your left.) Drive 1.4 miles.
Pass Polling House Road on left. Immediately after, property of Trevi Manor will begin on your right with a black wood & wire fence. Driveway is at far end of property.
Look for the Trevi Manor sign and the number 743. Turn right onto long paved driveway.
** If you miss our driveway, the best way to turn around is to continue 2.8 miles to the traffic circle where you can easily drive around the circle and return West on Bayard Rd.
For the safety and health of our equestrian athletes, please note that Trevi Manor is a non-smoking facility.
Notes for trailer-in guests:
Trevi Manor is thrilled to welcome guests - horses and humans alike! We hope you enjoy our farm as much as we do! Ample parking space is available between the house and the barn (for small trailers), or by driving around the ring road surrounding the arena (large trailers are encouraged to turn right between the barn and the arena as the right turn at the top of the hill is quite tight). Please park anyplace along the road/grass, and remove or distribute any manure into the grass or woods. Thank you! Trailer-in's are welcome to use the outdoor cross ties and washstall located at the back of the barn; a restroom is available inside the tackroom. Please be sure hooves are clean before entering the arena (and upon leaving as well)! For the comfort and health of Trevi Manor's resident horses, visiting horses are kindly requested to refrain from entering the barn without permission.
